Analytics

Team analytics is available to customers on our Business or Enterprise plan.

You can find the dashboard in Settings -> Team -> Analytics.

The dashboard shows

• Past month — Messages Sent and New Chats Started per week for your whole team
• Weekly totals — messages sent, new chats and replies (with reply rate) per team member, with a This week / Last week toggle and CSV export
• Daily breakdown — messages sent per day, per team member
• Labels — chats per label today, and label activity per week
• Snippets — snippet usage across the team
