Give your team members Kondo access to manage their own inboxes and unlock collaborative features by adding them to your team.

Invite from your team settings — send the invite link or enter their email. Team members who use your link get 7 days of free access immediately.

You can approve adding a seat for them and your billing will be updated with additional seats.

Seat management

All team members can invite new team members, but only admins can make changes in seat assignments.

When you add or remove seats, your billing adjusts automatically on the next billing cycle.

Team snippets

Share a snippet with your team by turning on Share with team when editing it. It's available to everyone on the team instantly. Team snippets are read-only for non-admins — only admins can create, edit, or remove them.
