Multiple accounts
Kondo Desktop runs one Kondo account and one WhatsApp account at a time.
Multiple Kondo accounts
To use another Kondo account, sign out and sign in with the other email. Kondo uses one-time login codes — enter the email and you'll receive a code.
Each account's data is completely separate, and signing out doesn't delete anything — sign back in and your chats, labels, and settings are right where you left them.
Many agencies use email aliases to manage multiple Kondo accounts, e.g. michael+client1@trykondo.com, michael+client2@trykondo.com. Login codes for all aliases are delivered to your main email.
Multiple WhatsApp accounts
To switch WhatsApp accounts, disconnect under Connected accounts in account settings, then pair the other one.

Do I need separate subscriptions for each account?
No, you can add multiple accounts to the same subscription by adding them to your team.
Adding multiple accounts to the same team lets you share snippets between accounts so you only have to set them up once.
